Dr Fred Fryer started his career in 1982 as an apprentice electrician at the Alberton Municipality Electrical Department. With a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a Doctorate in Business Administration, Fred Fryer Pr Tech Eng performed the function of Divisional Head: Energy Revenue (electricity technical) for a period of 15 years in the City of Ekurhuleni. He has led a diverse team of highly talented officials, and this team became instrumental in analysing every step in the electricity revenue value chain until the most efficient processes were designed and documented.
