Phathi Masimirembwa

Phathi Masimirembwa

Managing Director

Phathi was appointed as Managing Director in October 2022. She joined the company in March 2019 to manage various mentoring programmes in the public sector and also served as a mentor for many candidates. Phathi holds a Master of Business Administration Degree, BEng (Hons) from the National University of Science and Technology (Zimbabwe), is registered as a Pr Tech Eng and is an ECSA reviewer.

John Cato

Engineering Support Manager

John joined the company in October 2021. He holds a BSc (Civil) from the University of Kwazulu Natal and is registered as a Pr Eng. John is responsible for managing various capacity building programmes in the public sector and serves as a mentor for various candidates.
Mpoti Machaba

Mpoti Machaba

Project Manager
(Mentoring & Technical support)

Mpoti was appointed as a Project Manager (Mentoring and Technical Support) in October 2024. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and a BTech Eng: Civil (Transportation) and is registered as a Pr Tech Eng. Mpoti is responsible for managing several candidacy programmes, mentoring candidates towards professional registration as well as providing technical support to our capacity building initiatives.

(Mentoring & Technical support)

Violetia was appointed as a Candidate Development Mentor in June 2023. She holds a BTech (Transportation) from the University of Johannesburg and is registered as a Pr Tech Eng. Violetia is responsible for managing a number of candidacy programmes as well as providing technical support to our capacity building initiatives.
Nadine

Nadine Naude

HR and Administration Manager

Nadine joined the company in April 2009. She manages the HR function and ensures the company’s compliance with good governance practices and legislative requirements. She provides a supporting role to all the funded projects and staff and also manages the contractual arrangements of the engineering resources participating in the various mentoring and technical support initiatives.

Training Manager: Candidate Academy

Lizélle joined the company in December 2015. She manages the Candidate Academy which offers technical training nationwide through CESA, SAICE, SAIEE and SAIIE. Courses can also be offered in-house, so for any information, a quote or to track progress with CPD certificates, Lizélle is the person to contact.
Nompumelelo Nyaba

Nompumelelo Nyaba

Senior Administrator

Nompumelelo joined the company in October 2025. She is a senior administrator on the LGSETA and other funded Candidacy Mentoring programmes which includes support on the use of the MyRegistration Portal. Nompumelelo is responsible for the coordination of Municipal Academy courses funded by the Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA).

Mmathabo Mokone

Costing & Project Administrator

Mmathabo joined the company in November 2016. She is responsible for monitoring and costing of all the projects to ensure that neither the projects, nor the individual cost centres within projects go over budget. She also processes all claims and ensures the integrity of timesheets and reporting on the MyRegistration Portal. Mmathabo is also a project coordinator on one of the LGSETA funded candidacy mentoring programmes.

Finance

Precious commenced as an intern in 2006 and is today responsible for managing the finances of the organisation.
Nozibelo Dlamini

Nozibelo Dlamini

Project Administrator

Nozie joined the company in May 2018. Nozie serves as the switchboard operator and receptionist. She is also a project coordinator on one of the LGSETA funded candidacy mentoring programmes.
Lerato Sekele

Lerato Sekele

Administrator

Lerato joined the company in March 2023. She performs an administrator role which includes supporting the coordination of courses as a project administrator of funded candidacy programmes which she is responsible for.

Queen Nzima

Housekeeping

Queen Nzima joined the company in May 2014 and is responsible for housekeeping. She also serves as back-up receptionist and performs general administrative tasks when required.
