The Municipal Infrastructure Support Agent (MISA) in partnership with SAICE Professional Development & Projects (SAICE-PDP) invites you to attend this 2-day course that will equip attendees with the skills to prepare an Infrastructure Asset Management Plan – an essential enabler for service delivery for current and future generations, including Maintenance Management and Condition Assessment.

- Delegates are responsible to ensure that they have sufficient data to cover the full duration of the online course.
- According to the ECSA requirements for online training, a compulsory online assessment must be completed.
- To receive a CPD certificate a 75% pass mark is required. Less than 75% will result in an attendance certificate which can be submitted for IPD.

Pr Eng PMP CSAM
Rob Childs Rob Childs obtained his BSc Civil Engineering from Teesside University in England, a Graduate Diploma in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Graduate Certificate in Asset Management from the Institute of Quality Asset Management. Rob is a professional engineer, project manager and infrastructure asset manager with 40 years experience in civil infrastructure and buildings in Southern Africa, the Middle and Far East, and the UK. His focus in the last 20 years has been on providing advice in the strategic management of public infrastructure and property portfolios across all sectors and spheres of government. He has contributed to a number of published infrastructure asset management guidelines, is a council member of the Southern African Asset Management Association (SAAMA), and a director of the World Partners in Asset Management (WPiAM).
